Cecilia Fan

Cecilia is a registered mental health practitioner with over 30 years of experience across the public sector, business, and education. Her career is further enriched by her personal journey as a first-generation immigrant, navigating significant life changes while raising three cross-cultural children.
Cecilia holds two Master's degrees, earned prior to completing her Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Cecilia practices Focusing Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Psychodrama.
Cecilia has gained valuable experience working in a school and a community wellbeing support group. As an advocate and practitioner of experiential therapy, psychoeducation, brief therapy, and group therapy, she is deeply committed to supporting individuals and groups through various therapeutic approaches.
作为墨尔本首个华人心理剧社群的创办人之一，Cecilia 长期带领线上及线下心理团体，探索关系、自我认同、生命转变与成长。她相信，很多生命中的困难并不是因为一个人不够努力，而是因为有些故事从未被看见，有些关系从未被整理，有些情绪从未被允许存在。
在成为心理咨询师之前，Cecilia取得了墨尔本大学 MBA 及麦考瑞大学金融硕士学位，并曾在一所私立中学担任心理辅导老师。这些跨领域的经历，让她对个人成长、家庭关系，以及环境如何塑造一个人的生命轨迹，有着独特的理解。
Cecilia 在澳洲政府、商业和教育领域拥有近30年的职业经验。作为三个跨文化家庭孩子的母亲，她也亲身经历并见证了移民、选择，身份转变所带来的挑战与丰富。
无论是在团体还是个体咨询中，Cecilia都希望为来访者提供一个能够探索、连接与成长的空间。她主要使用的方法为情绪焦点疗法（EFT）, 聚焦疗法 （Focusing Therapy）， 接纳和承诺疗法（ACT），以及心理剧Psychodrama。
